🌾 Celt-Jive🌾 is based at the Ewloe Social Club on Deeside

Pawl Anthony and his dance partner Lynn Jones have been dancing modern jive for 14 years and in those early years, entered competitions and were the Uk Double Trouble Champions at Blackpool in 2011..
They also competed in the midlands and Welsh Championships.

They have been teaching for 10 about years including teaching on dance holidays as well as other dance weekenders in the UK before running their own venue..

Pawl specialises in teaching Double Trouble and also teaches dips and drops with the emphasis on safety..
Pawl has travelled extensively all over the UK visiting venues on the dance circuit and meeting new dancers.
They are now taking that dance knowledge and experience, together with qualified city and guilds teaching qualification and launching their own venue at:-

EWLOE SOCIAL CLUB,
OLD MOLD ROAD,
EWLOE , DEESIDE
CH53AU... which is a small fully air conditioned club with large car parking
Licensed bar and good dance floor.

Pawl wants to have a dance floor with energy in it and music will include modern, swing and dance tracks from the decades bringing a little nostalgia.

So come and join us for a great night of dancing every Thursday between 7.30-10.15 pm
No partner required...........


Doors open 7.30pm where Pawl will usually go through 1 to 1 dance moves with new beginners and dance fledglings

7.55pm Pawl and Lynn go through the basic beginner and improver/ intermediate dance moves
This leaving plenty of time for freestyle dancing.

Men and Women over the age of 18 years welcome.

No partners are required as they will be rotating lines and partners so you will get to know people very quickly.

CELT JIVE also run a loyalty scheme where dancers who attend regularly will be given a card which will be punched/stamped each time you attend and when your card is full you get the next class evening free, plus issues with a new card to build up for more free nights. This is just a thank you from us in appreciation.

Pawl and Lynn have created a great social dance venue with superb atmosphere where its a pleasure to come out ,meet friends and enjoy dancing.
The dance family is very important and with luck , we shall see it grow :) Respect to you all

NB:- CELT JIVE have now been running successful monthly Modern Jive Freestyle usually on the 4th Sat of every month at the CONNAHS QUAY CIVIC HALL ,
CH5 4HA. Details are posted on facebook.

They also run Modern Jive Dinner Dance weekends throughout the year taking up to 140 dancers away for a great dance experience,
