Dance Card Events

Modern Jive - Join Dawn at the Dojo Studio (above Yorkshire Trading Co) in Ripon every Thursday for Rhythm and Jive Modern Jive dance classes. Doors open at 7:45pm. No experience necessary! We'll teach you all the moves each week.

Tango - We are currently running a Tango event each quarter, on the third Sunday of the month. Details are available here, on our website, on the Dance Card Events Facebook page, or on the engineshedwetherby website under 'diary'.

West Coast Swing - Starting in January 2025, we will be running regular workshops at the Engine Shed on Sunday afternoons. Dates are 26th January, 9th February, 30th March and 13th April. Watch out for our February date!

Our emphasis is on creating a welcoming and fun environment at events where all those new moves learnt at your local dance class can be put to use.

We welcome any feedback or suggestions that would enhance our events.
