Dance Distraction is dedicated to promoting the enjoyment and social life that comes with Modern Jive – a fun, easy-to-learn, and highly social partner dance.
Our aim is to introduce new people to this unique and exciting style of dance. We run three sessions per week, with two evenings focused on beginners.
These sessions include:
Basic lessons to help you get started, followed by freestyle dancing with individual coaching and support


A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for all levels

Our FRIDAY FREESTYLE – a lively and social evening with no structured lessons, just great music, great people, and a great opportunity to dance the night away!
