Swing Roc is one of the longest running modern jive
dance business' in the North West! Swing Roc is JANICE,
ex-professional ballet dancer & qualified dance teacher
(L.I.S.T.D). Janice has 30+ years international dancing &
teaching experience & has been teaching MJ for over 20 years . Along with her team she aims to get you all dancing & experience the 'magic' of dance for
yourselves!! Even those of you with '2 left feet'!

Modern Jive is a modern, stylish partner dance for all
ages! Dance to current chart music, latin , R&B, swing,
blues, west coast swing as well as music from all era's.

Swing Roc is easier to learn than any other dance
around and a great way to meet new people, get fit &
have fun at the same time!

Beginners lesson every Wednesday at 8pm with
expert tuition in a fun & friendly atmosphere.
'Intermediate' lesson later in the evening promises
interesting moves for more experienced dancers with
lots of 'freestyle' time right through to 10.30pm.

Sunday nights are TEMPORARILY CLOSED!
Beginners lesson only at 8pm followed by freestyle,
with a short Inter/Adv lesson at 9pm with freestyle until
10.30pm. Great to see SO many of the 'original' modern jivers back on the dance floor.


Plus our regular 'Fab Friday Freestyle' nights on the first
Friday of the month are always a fabulous social night with great music & friends!
