Spinz Modern Jive are redefining the Modern Jive teaching model at their Pudsey Civic Hall base near Leeds.
At every Pudsey class night 3 levels are taught rather than the usual 2.
The class night opens at 7.30, with beginners at 7.35. We then have 20 minutes freestyle from 8.10 - 8.30, then the intermediate class in the main hall and beginners review upstairs. At 9.00pm, we have the advanced section, then at 9.10 we all join together again for 80 minutes of freestyle until closing time at 10.30.
The freestyle nights (1st Saturday of each month) run pure music from 8.00pm through until 11.45pm. The last half hour is smooth music to bring the evening to a chilled end.
