Our instructors are all Professionally Qualified Dancers /
Instructors (by examination). We teach students to
UKA standards which can make a massive difference to
Modern Jive dancers in the long run. The UKA exam is a
recognized quality standard and makes sure you receive
good quality instruction and Instructors can teach not
only the basic footwork, tension & compression (lead /
follow), turning and timing, but also the moves correctly.
These things can considerably raise the level of a
dancers ability in the long run. Professional instruction
often results in the students having a much smoother
dance and they can enjoy dancing to a much greater
variety of music (slow smooth, blues - not just pop).

Always look for the UKA 'United Kingdom Alliance of
Professional Teacher of Dance', a recognized standard
throughout the dance world in the UK.
