Smooth workshops run through the year for Beginners (Fundamentals), Improvers and Intermediates. Please note that to enable everyone to get the best from each workshop, you must have attended a Fundamentals workshop or regular weekly Enerjive Smooth Monday classes to be able to attend the Step Up and Intermediate workshops.
