Jive Riot is the longest running and most established independent Modern Jive Club in the South of England, Founded in 1995, by Kelly Donoghue. Jive Riot has developed a reputation for fun friendly and professionally run classes offering a high standard of instruction!
Modern Jive is a fusion of dance styles blended together to form a simple and easy to learn Partner dance. Jive Riot takes traditional Modern Jive moves, adds a little smoothness, a touch of the 'Blues', some up to date styling to ensure there is a little something for everyone!
Kelly officially retired in 2019, passing the main dance company to Sophie & Dan, however she can still be found once a week at Wimborne, at the Euphoria freestyles and at the occasional weekend event.
